Ottawa Bochurim at the Ohel last year (Archive Photo) This past Shabbos a group of three Ottawa chevrah spent a very special and great Shabbos at the Ohel, Berel Zaklikofsky and Meir Lieblach were invited by Sholom Ber Shuchat to join him for the Shabbos before his Birthday (taking place on Monday) at the Rebbe's Ohel in Queens besides them there were another 100 Bochurim and Rabbi's from all over who were there.
The first night they had a nice farby with some old buddies of Berel and SB, then later joined by Rabbi Yossi Rapaport son of the Rabbi in Syracuse, NY. Shabbos morning Sholom Ber got his Aliyah at the Minyan by the Ohel followed with Shachris and the Meal. The three dudes spent their afternoon with some Lchaim's, Shmoozing some old Ottawa memories and some Hachlatois in honor of SB's birthday.
It was an amazing Shabbos and as Meir called it "A very nice shabbos together" and Sholom Ber wants to plan another Ottawa Shabbos at the Ohel in the coming year.
