Good News just weeks before the Kinnus HaShluchim: Rabbi & Mrs. Yisroel Bernath have just opened Chabad of NDG and Loyola College, serving the needs of the Jewish community in NDG and the Jewish Students & faculty @ Loyola College in Montreal, Canada. The Bernaths were appointed by Rabbi Berel Mockin.
