BREAKING NEWS: Ottawa Shliach on way to Hospital to visit Lady, Injured in Accident

This past Wednesday Rabbi Yehoshua Botnick, Shliach of the Rebbe to Ottawa, Canada, was on his way to a local hospital to say Vidui with a lady on her death bed, when suddenly his car was struck by another car, sending it flying off the road, only coming to a halt when hitting a utility pole.

Upon impact, Rabbi Botnick lost consciousness, but miraculously regained it shortly after. Emergency personnel arrived at the scene within minutes, and extracted the rabbi from the car that had by then caught fire. The rabbi made sure to take out his Seforim from the burning car, and within a short time was in the replacement car his wife brought for him, and was back on his way to the dying woman.

After the woman’s Levaya, he suddenly starting feeling back and neck pains and was quickly rushed to the hospital, where his condition was stabilized and he is not at any risk. He thanks Hashem for the miracle.
